The focus is on getting to know each other, and getting a clearer sense of your “why” so that we can reach for the same goals together.
After that we’ll do movement and strength assessments. This, plus what we learned about what’s important to you, will tell us what areas to focus on in your training (whether or not you decide to train with me), and give you an idea of what to expect from me.
